Forge is in Early Preview. If something is not working, the documentation is unclear, or you have feedback about how Forge fits your engineering workflow, we want to hear about it.
Use this page for bug reports, installation or setup problems, problems using Forge, feedback, and feature requests.

A public support email is not published yet. Check Getting Started first for installation and setup. Direct email contact will appear here when an established address is available.
Before contacting support
A short check often clears setup issues:
- VS Code 1.85+ or a compatible Cursor build
- an open project / workspace folder
- OpenAI API access and billing on your OpenAI account
- an API key configured in Forge (key icon or Forge: Set OpenAI API Key)
- the configured model available to that OpenAI account
What to include in a bug report
Useful, non-sensitive context:
- Forge version (currently 0.1.2 Early Preview)
- VS Code or Cursor version
- operating system
- what you were trying to do
- what happened
- the relevant error message, if you have one
- reproduction steps, if you know them
Do not send API keys, secrets, .env contents, passwords, or other sensitive credentials.
Early Preview feedback
We especially want to hear how Forge is (or is not) earning a place beside your coding agent: Ask, Review, repository investigation, Project Memory, coding-agent handoff, and the places where Forge gave a weak or incorrect second opinion.
Short, specific notes about a real workflow are more useful than a feature list. Tell us what you expected, what Forge did, and whether that helped the next implementation step.
